We use your data solely to provide and improve Invoice Perfect:
- Process invoices and update your inventory
- Generate purchasing recommendations
- Send daily briefings and alerts you've enabled
- Respond to your support requests
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate Invoice Perfect:
- Stripe for payment processing
- SendGrid for email delivery
- Anthropic (Claude) for AI-powered invoice processing
- Lightspeed/Shopify for POS integration (your authorized connection)
Chrome Extension
Our bug reporter extension captures screenshots only when you explicitly click "Capture" and submits them only when you click "Submit". Screenshots are sent directly to our support team and are not stored or shared.
Data Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. We retain your data while your account is active and delete it upon request.
Your Rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us.
